How it works
- Write what you are deciding (for example: which laptop to buy).
- Name your options at the top of each column (up to 8). Use "Add an option" for more.
- Under "What matters", list what is important to you (price, quality, delivery time…) and give each one an importance from 1 (nice to have) to 5 (essential).
- In each row, score every option from 0 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
- The Result at the bottom shows the best choice: each score is multiplied by its importance and added up. If the top two are close, look again before deciding.
Example: Laptop A is cheap (price 5) but slow (speed 2); Laptop B costs more (price 3) and is fast (speed 5). If price has importance 5 and speed 3: A = 5×5 + 2×3 = 31 and B = 3×5 + 5×3 = 30. A wins, but it is a close call.
Score each option from 0 (poor) to 5 (excellent) on each line. Importance: 1 = nice to have, 5 = essential.
